Normally Random Saturday is just a bunch of links and/or videos that allow you to waste more of your time on a Saturday. HOWEVER....the NHL lockout is over and today is the first games of the 2013 season. I am out of my gourd happy. So today's Random Saturday is all about the start of the season and hockey. Enjoy

-A heart warming story. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed a paralyzed former college player. You really need to read this. This makes me want to root for the Bucs more this year.
-Toward the beginning of May something unusual took place in Virgina. Six generations of women gathered together. The oldest is 111 and the youngest is 3 weeks. I thought I was lucky when my grandfather, my father, Corban and I got together! Great pictures here.
-Summer is upon us. You should wear sunscreen. The New England Journal of Medicine, published this picture of a truck driver of 25 years. Notice the left side of his face. That would be the side that was against the window of his truck. No sunscreen. That's messed up. Wear sunscreen.
-Stanley Cup. That's all.
-The longest word in the English language.....said by cute Cambodian school children. Can't beat that with a stick.
-These two young ladies have made their rounds of the internet. I'm not a fan of this song...and it's ideals....but these two are ridiculous good. PLUS....they use "the cup game" with their Land-O-Lakes cups. My drumline would love this!

Well that was a good start to a Random Saturday. Sorry for taking last week off. I have some big stuff going down, so I've been slacking on blogging. Even this Random Saturday is short. Enough of that...let's get to it....
-This is awesome. A 9-year old boy saw some folks from the Westboro Baptist Church picketing a graduation with signs that said "God Hates Fags." He asked his mom if he could make his own sign. So he used his notebook and made a sign that says, "God Hates No One." Give that boy a metal
-This guy made an entire city from individual pieces of type from typewriters. Crazy.
-I was outside tonight taking laundry off the line and folding it. For whatever reason I started singing an old Edie Brickell song. Then I thought, "I should go listen to that album." Then I realized that I had that song on cassette. I miss cassettes.....sort of.
-If we're going to censor things...let's censor everything. I give you....the censorship towel. I want one. And I want to give one to the guys I play hockey with. CENSORSHIP

EDIT: Funny thing just happened.....as soon as I posted this video, I closed the window playing the video. I'm sitting in Tim Horton's (shocking I know). Usually their satellite radio is playing either songs from the 80's and 90's or Dean Martin/Bing Crosby/Old Blue Eyes. Guess what song is on? I had to take my headphones out just to make sure I was hearing correctly.
Welcome to Random Saturday. For whatever reason, as I slowly added to this post throughout the week, I realized that the things I was linking...were all visual/picture related. It wasn't planned, it just happened. So here it is. Grab a cup of coffee (or your favorite beverage....but it better be coffee) and enjoy.
-Not sure why...but I seem to have stumbled upon a bunch of photo blogs recently that I can't get enough of. Here's what I think does it for me...there's no back story. The photo at the right here is from a blog called Things I Saw Today. He keeps his camera close wherever he goes. He says, "The purpose of Things I Saw Today is to make you look at what you may see, or to make you see everyday things differently." Is that's perfect? I like that each picture I get to figure out what's lead up to the picture. What is the story that put that person in that place or what is going on? Love it. Go look at this month. I want to post every picture here.....but it's his blog.....just go there.
-I asked the question on Facebook last week....what's in your RSS feed that I'm not already following...or what blogs should I be reading. Great replies. I'll ask the same question here.....what do I need to be reading that I might not be now?
-In response to that question, my friend Katie (do I still seriously need to link to here?) sent me a fun link. It's called 9-eyes.com. Again...it's just pictures....but this time it's pictures taken from Google Street View. You need to see this! Some of the pictures are just hillarious, some are amazing pictures that dazzle...then there are the just odd. Some make you really wonder what's going on. Click the link right now.
-So a Marine serving overseas has a mom with a sense of humor. She sent him 4 Justin Bieber shirts in a package. This happened.
Random Saturday isn't going to be very random this week. I just didn't really stumble upon much this week that blew my hair back. So I'll pass along a couple good blog posts by friends that you should read.
Matt (who's picking hockey picks too) had a very well written post about fandom and Christ's kingdom. Really good stuff here.
My pastor friend Bill had a post on Friday entitled "Why I blog"....hey that's a catchy post. Actually he posted it based off my blog from last week like he said he would. I loved it a lot. I really liked his #4....I get to share what I care about. So good. No one gets to tell me what to write and not to write.....well....Marjorie might make a suggestion every couple months....but mostly it's what I want to write about. I know most people who read my blog don't care a hoot about hockey....but I do, so I write about it.
Rick had an awesome post about playing with his boys in his backyard....and a vision from God years ago. Teared me up.
Jim did the same with his post about his adoption and friends of his.
Let's wrap it up with this. My really good friend Anneliese (who I call Wheeze) has been secretly blogging since last year. She recently decided to make it public....so will I.

So it's been a few years since I've done a random Saturday. I realized this week that I kept saving links to things, thinking I'd blog about it later.....but none of them are really worth a whole blog post. So here you go.
-This is just a thought. Blogger re-did how the layout looks when I create each post. Part of that is my ability to very quickly see how many people are actually reading my blog. Quickly glanced at it. Pretty depressing.
-Tim Horton's has a month long promotion every year called Roll Up the Rim. Under the rim of each paper cup you can win things....from cars to free coffee. I end up buys way more coffee during the month than normally. One of these years I'm gonna win a car. ANYWAY....my friend sent me this picture. Fabulous.
-I don't remember what I was searching for, but I found a guy named Aaron Reinhard in Michigan who gives guitar, bass and drum lessons. How weird is that?
-My friend Steve was commenting about how horrible so many of the "Instagram" pictures are. He was just saying that so many decent pictures are turned horrible by the use of the app. So after hearing that I found this. You really need to see these pictures. It took me awhile to figure out what one of them even was. Crazy awesome. Jim this is for you.
-So the Wall Street Journal reported that a retired Captain had his picture hanging in the Pentagon along side pictures of Patton, Nimitz and Eisenhower. Apparently it was an inside prank from friends of his and the pictures been hanging there for a year or so without anyone noticing. How awesome is that? Pranking inside the Pentagon.
Finally....from the Pittsburgh Steelers....Lamar Woodley pranks his buddies Mercedes Lewis from the Jacksonville Jaguars, Michael Turner from the Atlanta Falcons, and Steve Breaston from the Kansas City Chiefs. I'm usually not big on prank videos. For whatever reason this one made me laugh. It's my blog, so I'm posting it.
EDIT!!! UPDATE!!!! Remember when I posted about that Google map that had dots on it for where all the NHL players were born? Well I also edited that post to say that a player named Akim Aliu played the last two games of these season. I sent a message via Twitter to the maker of the map. He just got back to me. There is now a dot in Africa!!!!! I feel so stoked! Not only is there a dot in Africa....I had a hand in putting it there!

-When I was in college my friend Brad had Tetris on his computer. He would stay up until all hours playing it. Since Brad didn't have a roommate (because he always found a way to make them leave) we spent a lot of time in his room. Inevitably we played a bunch of Tetris. I can remember nights of going back to my room to sleep, and falling asleep to Tetris pieces in my head. Now we can take it to a whole new level. (pun not intended but funny anyway)
-There's been a lot of hype lately about the website NERD MERIT BADGES. They're kind of fun and trendy. However. There really are only ten of them. And they're hardly all inclusive. But theboyscoutstore.com has an entire line of Spoof Merit badges that put the nerd badges to shame. There's a long list of merit badges I could earn....but here are some of them....Coffee Drinker Merit Badge, Slacker Merit Badge, Paintball Merit Badge (though I don't like the picture because it's not very realistic to the style of paintball I play.) and Frisbee Merit Badge. And this blog qualifies me for Blogging Merit Badge.
-A long time ago I shared with you my love for FailBlog. I have kind of shied away from FailBlog as they've kind of gone down hill as far as reputable content goes. However they have a bunch of cool spinnoffs that I like. THERE I FIXED IT is a great one which has a bunch of pictures of peoples home inginuity.....and really unsafe fixes. THAT WILL BUFF OUT is a website of vehicles that are in rough conditions.
-I don't have any tattoos. Some people are amazed by that since I have a bunch of facial hair (and used to have long head hear too). I don't. I probably won't either. I don't like needles. I don't like hurting things. And I'm pretty fickle. So it amazes me more that you would want tattoos on your knuckles. But here's a whole site devoted to Knuckle Tattoos. Some are creative. Some are freaky. I really like this one though!
Last thing. USA vs. Canada Olympic hockey is tomorrow Sunday at 7:40 PM. That means the most anticipated game of the Olympics starts while I'm still at youth group. No problem right...I'll only miss a little bit......except that I have to leave youth group and drive to Jamestown to play my own hockey game. And I can't skip because it's the playoffs!!!! UGH!
-If you've ever read this blog before or have met me you know I love coffee. Some artistic folks in Australia love coffee too. Why do all things like this have to be of the Mona Lisa though?
-So what if you wanted to be a ninja, but you have to work in an office to make ends meat? Voila.
-There are lots of blogs out there dedicated to very specific niches. I've been sitting on this one for awhile. I love it. It's called Advanced Style. It's mostly just pictures of older people that are dressed awesome. I love it. I don't check it often, so that it's fresh every time that I do check back in.
-If Jesus played sports what would that look like. Who cares? Apparently someone. I was a bit disappointed that Jesus wasn't a goalie.....because you know he saves. My favorite is the Jesus with kids doing Martial Arts. Nothing says turn the other cheek than Jesus doing Martial Arts.
-Need a Macbook Pro? Check e-bay or a pawn shop in NJ soon.....cause these guys cleaned house! 31 seconds and they made out.
-In related news if you pick up one of those hot Macbooks you might want a table to go with it.
-How is Bob Dylan not dead yet? Who cares. Better thought is that you could own a GPS for your car with his voice on it! I would like to know if he will also being singing "Positively 4th Street" for the GPS as well.....
-I just stumbled across this. There's a band/guy called Moldover who just put out a CD....with a built in theremin! What's a theremin? So this guy created a special CD jacket with a circuit board and it's a low-tech theremin. VERY cool. The CD and packaging costs 50 bucks.....which is the only reason I'm not buying this album I think.
-So you hear stories of people hoarding money. Stuffing it in mattresses or hiding it in walls. In Israel a loving daughter bought her mom a new mattress and pitched her old one. Then found out her mom had put about a million dollars in the mattress. Frantic searches through 3 local dumps ensued. No money yet. Anyone for a trip to Israel?
-Speaking of weird stories that don't happen in real life.....how about getting hit by a meteor. That doesn't happen right? Guess again. Some kid in Germany has a scar that says differently. For real. He got hit by a meteor. Now that's a story that you can take with you for the rest of your life. So how'd you get that scar.....
-Since the Pittsburgh Penguins are the Stanley Cup Champions......I thought it might be fun to look at the coolest trophy in sports. The Cup started as just a bowl donated by Lord Stanley of Preston to be awarded to the best hockey club in Canada. Things change. Rings are added. Name engraved. Here's more info you can look at on your own. My favorite parts are the screw ups and the "firsts" about the cup. Like how would you feel having your name misspelled....on something that will be there forever? Also in the history of the Cup there have only been 4 engraves who work on the cup. AND there are two guys who take turns being with the cup 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Cool job.

-In the "I'm not sure how I found this category. This kid creates cool art from traffic cones and barrels....and gets arrested. Come to find out that they don't want you to deface stuff like that. Odd. The link is like a forum....you need to scroll about 3/4 of the way down the page to see a bunch of different stuff he's done. He's an artist I'll give him that.
-I sometimes wish "The Force" was real so I could make small objects like my phone float across the room to me. OR I could just be lazy.
-And finally this girl is going to wear the same dress for an entire year. Gross. But she's spicing it up a bit. See for yourself.
-A couple weeks ago I said that I was going to start carrying around a little notebook. I did. It's been working really well. So last weekend we went on a long weekend to Canada. When we got home I couldn't find it. I found it.........as I pulled it out of the back pocket of some shorts that had already gone through the wash!
-One of the most recognized voices in NHL broadcasting is Mike "Doc" Emerick. He has done the Play-by-Play for A LOT of big hockey games. He's all over the place. So for whatever reason I wikipedia'd him. So yeah...he taught broadcasting at Geneva College at one point!
-Most of us use Wikipedia at least occasionally right? Well what if Wikipedia was a real encyclopedia. Artist Rob Matthews wanted to find out. He printed out all the featured article on Wikipedia and bound them in a giant book. Remember these are only the featured articles.
-We live in a modern world. This story killed me though....Police investigate underage drinking...dude takes off on a 3 mile chase...driving his horse and buggy. No need for a chopper to follow this one. It's not like they were going to ram him. The best part is that this is like one county over and up from us. Awesome. -In other news of the stupid....a woman in California sued Pepsi (parent company?) because she found out that there weren't any actual berries in Crunchberry cereal. Um yeah. This is for real. Luckily it was thrown out. The judge said anyone with any common sense would've know there are no berries. In other news....the judge said however that Frankenberry was the only cereal with real berries (not really).
-I hope the person who started this Tumblr keeps it up. It rules. It's pictures of people who should be happy but who forget to smile. Pretty funny.
-What if we could just summarize hours of watching a movie into 3 frames of hand drawn art? That would be great. Think of all the time we'd save. How about it. 3 Frame Movies. I like Star Wars.
-You may not have realized it...but the 9th World Beard and Moustache Championships just concluded in Alaska. They were held May 20-24. You can see the results here. You really need to click through some of those pictures. AMAZING. Their website is great. Check out the judging categories. I think I would fall under the Natural Goatee category. Unfortunately there are not real pictures of the winners to see how I fair. Maybe next year...
-Now for news of the ridiculous....A guy in the UK lifted a child with his beard. Seriously. Check out the article with the picture. Kids don't try this at home. In fact don't bother trying this at all. Why would you even think of this actually?
-I'm a sports fan. I follow sports that I don't even care about (see NBA and MLB). Awhile ago I saw an article about this guy named Drew Gooden who was traded. For whatever reason I clicked on the article and found this picture. Wow that's pretty fun. Like dreadlocked goatee. Nice. Come to find out that this dude plays with his beard and hair a lot.
-This got me to thinking about sports beards. I'm pretty sure that at some point in my blog history I posted a link to this article Sports Illustrated did on the Facial Hair Hall of Fame. My favorite from that list was Jeff Bagwell...but I don't like the picture they have of him. This one is better. But as I was looking for the Hall of Fame picture gallery, I also found another gallery called Weird Beards. I have to say that some of them aren't so very weird.
-For those of you who are facially folically challenged there's help. I don't know if I'd be sporting this thing in the summer, but winter time isn't far away. I give you the Beard Head. Part hat. Part fashion statement. Pure genius.
-I leave you with a love song. This song has everything needed for a number one hit....ukulele and a girl with a good voice....and it's about beards. (As an aside...I'm accepting donations for the "buy Aaron a ukulele fund)
-In college I used to carry a small notebook in my back pocket. I would write down lyric ideas for my band. I would write down random quotes I overheard or thoughts I had. I would also use it to draw illustrations for stories I was telling or to write someone a note for their windshield or whatever. I've found lately that I'll have a thought while out and about and by the time I get home, it's gone. Maybe I should go back to the notebook method.

-I'm realizing that I really don't like being hot. I'm not a fan of not feeling my fingers in the winter....but the nasty stickiness and sweat that comes with summer....ugh. Give me 30 degrees and a blanket!
-Back in March during a Random Saturda post, I talked about my obsession with Crayola and the new colors that came out. I just ran across this post about 120 colors and fun facts of crayons. Thought you should see it.
-When my brother and I were teenagers my parents would un-hook the cable from our TV during the summer. This made us be outside more, but it also made us watch a lot of movies. Example: We watched all three Back to the Future movies like 100 times every summer. I found two funny posts about things that Back to the Future got RIGHT about the "future".....and 11 things that they got WRONG about the "future".
-I've never been there myself.....but I know my dad has. The four corners of Arizona, Colorad, Utah and New Mexico. There's this cool place where you can be in all four states at once. Guess what.....that monuments in the wrong place. Here's the story. It's actually 2 1/2 miles away!!!!!! So all those pictures on Flickr are WRONG!!! HA.
-Soon after Corban came home I posted about how I was disappointed he won't be the first true African in the NHL. THEN I found this guy. Yared Hagos. He was drafted by the Dallas Stars in 2001. He never played a game in the NHL and has been playing back in Sweden where he grew up the past couple years. He was the most penalized player on his one team. Oh yeah I forgot to say that he's from Ethiopian decent. So on one level, there's still a slim amount of hope he could make the big leagues......on another level...it's not likely....which means my boys could still be the first full on ETHIOPIANS to play in the NHL.
-As part of my above topic search, I found this odd entry on Wikipedia. The reason it's odd is this.....the players on this list aren't all necessarily of African decent. What I mean is that several of these players were born and raised in Canada or so forth. One or two of their parents might have been from Africa.
-Then there's the amalgum that is Olaf "Olie the Goalie" Kolzig. He was born in South Africa. He was raised in Canada. He never applied for a Canadian visa....so because his parents are German...he still has citizenship there. He has played for the German national team in numerous international events. Very odd to represent a country that you weren't born or raised in I think.
-It's March Madness time.....IN HOCKEY TOO!!!! That's right. There is a bracket called the Frozen Four. They start with WAY less teams.....16 not 64. They're now down to their Frozen Four....and this year there's a shocker......Bemidji State. Not exactly a hockey powerhouse. In fact their the first 16 seed to make the last 4 standing...after beating some serious hockey powers. They play their next game next Thursday....the finals should they make them are the day before Easter.
-And now a series of hockey videos. The first is my hero. Grant Fuhr. This is the reason he's my hero......that and he has 5 Stanley Cups, a Vezna Trophy, and played in more games in a season than anyone to date!
-I need to say that I'm pretty sure this next video is not totally real. However if it is, I'll say this....I love a lot of guys I play with....and I would NEVER EVER EVER trust anyone to do this....not Gretzky or Mario....no one.
-Speaking of college hockey. Down a goal late in the 3rd period, Northern Michigan pulls their goalie to get an extra attacker. Usually not a bad idea. Until one of their guys.....well you'll see....
-Follow up: Back in January during a Random Saturday post, I commented on my hope to stay as current as possible while getting older. I related it to facebook and other techie things. I then had to follow that up with an explanation...where I quoted a study by MIT on the demographics of Facebook. Yesterday I found this new article on the changing demographics of Facebook. Which is also ironically funny because my buddy Jason (Pastor J) just had his mother join Facebook last week and expressed to me some confussion as to how he should feel about that!
-Follow up #2: Also in January (and also during a Random Saturday post) I gave you an article about a Boy Scout who had earned all the merit badges that are currently offered. I found that to be pretty impressive. I just found a 10 year old girl from England who earned all the girl scout badges currently available in her country. Apparently for a 10 year old this is ridiculous.
-Seriously? Am I even considered a blogger anymore? All I really post these days are Monday updates and Random Saturdays. What's the point really? Every time I think something to post, I just don't. Pointless.
-Coffee Scoop - I like coffee a lot. I wouldn't consider myself a coffee snob. However after driving taxi for a few years and drinking a bunch of really bad coffee during that time, I fully appreciate GOOD coffee. I sometimes settle for lesser coffee, mainly because I'm a cheapskate and sometimes I just take what I can get. So I offer up to you coffee friends.....the SCIENCE of COFFEE.
-Cassette - I have in my basement well over 300 cassette tapes. Some of it is music that I still would listen to regularly. Oddly enough the stereo that came in mini-van we bought last summer has a cassette player (for the record it also has CD). I never really listen to the cassettes anymore unless I really have a hankering for something. These pictures made their rounds of the internet this week. It's an idea of something to do. Kind of like a lazy afternoon craft project.
-Bracket - When filling out an NCAA bracket, one should know something about teams in said bracket. It's just for fun and all, but I'm not doing good at all in my bracket fantasy league. What was I thinking?
-Pictures - Have you ever seen something and wished instantly that you had thought of it a couple years ago? I'm sure by now you've seen some of the videos of people who have taken their picture over the past couple years. Here or Here or Homer's version. ANYWAY...I found a rad picture set of a family. They started in 1976 with just husband and wife....and every year take a picture of each member of the family. VERY COOL. I wish I would've thought of it earlier.
-Tats - I don't have any tattoos. I'm too fickle for one thing....who knows if I'll like what I put on my body next week far less next year or when I'm 80. Also, I don't like pain at all. Also, I just don't want one bad enough. Here's a funny artist who created a funny kit though in case anyone's interested.
-I find it funny that the number of people stopping by to see my blog on Saturday is much higher than other days of the week.
-There are a bunch of very specific blogs out there. Like super niche markets. ANYWAY...most of them are dumb or lame or just plain crazy...or all of the above. For some reason I find this one funny. Basically a guy sets up a camera all over the place, sets the 2 seconds delay and tries to get as far away from it as possible. So I guess it's just a bunch of pictures of a guys back side.
-My buddy Brandon (that's a link to his blog that he rarely updates) started a NCAA basketball fantasy bracket. We win nothing. We pay nothing. I know very little about college basketball. I filled out a bracket. It's amazing that just by doing that....I instantly almost care about the tournament this year!
-So I'm getting dumber. Once again this doesn't come as a shock to me. Just that there is now proof to back it up. I'm pretty pleased. Male brains start to decline around age 27...so basically I have no hope.
-This was all over the news this week. Some teenagers in Spain launched a balloon with a camera and some scensors into the stratosphere. They were able to take some amazing pictures of earth. The cool part is that they did it for around 80 dollars US. Now that's a science fair project I can get behind!
-This is something I found awhile ago and think it's really really cool. However I live in a part of the world that won't facilitate my involvement very much. The concept is simple. Take a picture using a digital camera. Take the digital card out and leave it where it'll be found....and then track the results on their website. It's called Photochaining. I'm contemplating starting a card here. Please let me know if you start one of your own. Let's get it going!
-You may or may not know this...but I am a Crayola freak. I have a GIANT collection of special edition crayon packs, a crayon maker, a Crayola truck, etc. Like...a lot. Since Crayola is celebrating 50 years of the box of 64, they came out with a new special box of 64. They asked students to name 8 new colors. I love promotions like that. The kids had some great colors: Giving Tree, Famous, Fun in the Sun, Best Friends, Super Happy, Happily Ever After, Bear Hug and my personal favorite....AWESOME. -Not having a shower all weekend, is a little bit annoying.
To be fair, this weeks Random Saturday will be short. Since I really haven't been functional most of the week, I haven't spent a lot of time searching or thinking.....which both lead to these type of posts. This is what you get.
-I've said it before and I'll probably say it again.....I'm pretty sure there is cocaine in Girl Scout cookies.
-My boys (particularly my youngest) has a hard enough time knowing what is food and what is not food. Tobiah puts everything in his mouth. That being said THIS IS A BAD IDEA! On a related note I heard this on the radio the other day and then found the article online. Looks like some other folks have a hard time knowing food and non-food too.
-Ghana has to be proud. They will be represented at the WINTER OLYMPICS. Only 5 years after first seeing snow, Kwame "The Snow Leopard" Nkrumah-Acheampong qualified for the Winter Olympics as a skier. Rocking!
-This is silliness. It's like Netflix for toys. You don't buy toys....you rent them. Seriously, who's doing this?
I was tagged in on my friend Andrea's blog. I'll deal with that later..(I'm a WINNER!!!)....however I noticed a jump in traffic here. I would love to post a thought provoking post so that all these visitors think I"m smart and witty and would come back regularly to check my blog.....but alas it's Saturday and that means Randoms Saturday. Enjoy non-the-less.
-Back in January I posted a silly picture of chicken in a sweater for a Random Saturday post. I obviously found another one this week. But I've upped the ante even further this week. I found a bunch of nursing home ladies who spends their retirement years knitting sweaters for chickens. For real. (video and audio are a little out of synch)
-Yesterday morning when I went in to get Corban out of bed, the first words out of his mouth were "Hi dad, want to see my butt?"
-There are some links that I point you to, that I honestly have to ask myself..."how did you find that?" I know you ask the same questions. Here is one. 10 best images of elderly people playing the Wii. I know a couple local nursing homes have Wii's. The facility Marjorie works at has one!
-I met a really cool guy this past summer named Jim Baker....I call him friend now. He's a photographer and wicked cool. I was cruising his Flickr . Jim takes a picture every day of himself....but not like the other videos you might've seen. ANYWAY....he did one picture all of 2008 (the year I met him) and is continuing this year too. I vaguely remember Jim telling me about this when he took a picture of the two of us last summer. I'm pretty dorky. Jim, I promise to do better this summer!
-I realize that most of my Facebook profiles talk about my lack of sleeping or my desire for more sleep. This morning I thought to myself....I would like there to be a day where I sleep until I can't sleep anymore. A day where I literally have nothing to do and no responsibilities that warrant my getting up. Maybe in my 70's or something????
-What would happen if logos floated in the air instead of on top of poles. This would. I particularly like the one that says "Cheese" and "Sandwiches".
I have these videos backing up on me....and since I'm in a blogging funk (and not the George Clinton kind)...I'm going the easy route today and just posting videos. Enjoy.

I like really well done edit jobs. This is one. They took 3 different instructional videos and made music. Funny enough I used to own that Louie Bellson video (who as chance would have it died this past week). Really cool stuff though.
To my knowledge I haven't given anyone the raspberries seriously since childhood. This video makes me want to begin taking part again.
This makes me want to try this locally. I'm curious as to the results.
Last one for today. Last week I posted a super cool video...the Ruben's Tube. This week I post a video that could possibly rival it in coolness factor. A shark spinning crazily out of water. Watch the whole thing because they do slow motion later...
